Hi I’m Heather Bradbury at Total Tai Chi. My specialities are Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Arthritis with Falls Prevention, Tai Chi 4 Kidz and Health Qigongs (5 Elements, Yi Jin Jing and Daoyin).  I can train you on a one to one basis as well. I have been practicing Tai Chi for 15 years.  I’m a member of St Helens Chamber of Commerce. I am qualified in 1st Response, AED, Safe Space and Enhanced DBS Check for Adults and Children.   I love a Challenge – bring it on!!!

Tai Chi for Arthritis is an easy to learn, low impact exercise.

It eases pain, stiffness and swelling of Arthritic symptoms.

There are no high kicks, spin turns or getting low to the ground.

You can practice in a chair or stood up.

This can be tailored for every individual.
