I can train you on a one to one basis as well. I have been practicing Tai Chi for 12 years. I am a St Helens Chamber of Commerce member. Tai Chi for Arthritis is an easy to learn, low impact exercise.

It eases pain, stiffness and swelling of Arthritic symptoms.

There are no high kicks, spin turns or getting low to the ground.

You can practice in a chair or stood up.

This can be tailored for every individual.
